How fast is the install?
Our fastest install in a new multi-family unit was 47 minutes. Panels arrive pre-cut, so there is very little cutting on site.
How does it compare with tile?
There is no tile setting, grouting or curing to schedule. That means fewer trades and fewer steps between rough-in and handover.
How is it waterproofed?
Every ULICI install includes a built-in waterproofing system behind the porcelain. Large 3x6 ft slabs keep grout lines to a minimum.
Do you also provide flooring?
Yes. Along with ULICI shower surrounds, we provide carpet and flooring for multi-family projects.
Who handles plumbing fixtures?
Your plumber. Once the surround is in, your plumber installs the shower valve trim and fixtures.
Is it real porcelain?
Yes. Real porcelain slabs with the look of natural stone, in 14 colours, from Pure White to Calacatta Imperiali and Black Pearl.
